「Cozy, lived in rental with lots of windows and balcony. The hot tub was hot and the shower was hot. Everything worked as it should. The bed in the Master was average. Plenty of room for 4 people. Charming interior. The outside fire pit and horse shoe rings looked great but we did not utilize as we were off site to see family. Lots of birds, hawks, and resident Osprey down the road at Stonewall Jacksons. Was not there full week. First two days were cold and rainy but then unusually warm weather...

「The main reason I gave lower ratings on some of the survey questions was due to an issue during check-in. I had already been charged by the Vrbo host, but when I arrived at Stonewall Resort, I was told there was no card on file and that I would need to pay again. It appeared that Stonewall needed to process payment through the host rather than charge me directly.I tried explaining to the Stonewall staff that a third party was handling the payment, but they were unable to verify or locate that...
