「Hotel was a bit tired and staff were a little thin on the ground but it was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. For the price, it was excellent value」

「Lovely hotel, great staff and very helpful. Late evening / night time feels very unsafe with lots of sirens and people screaming. Not much the hotel can do. But personally I wouldn't want to be out late in the area. 」

「A very convenient setting for the visit of myself and my wife plus our Cavalier King Charles Dog called Bella, to our daughter who lives in Bramhope. Very helpful staff and the breakfast's were excellent. My only gripe was the charge of £15.00 a night for four nights for our little dog who makes no mess and surely a thorough clean of the room at the end of our stay would suffice.」

「イギリス滞在11日間のうち、最初の2泊で利用しました。ヒースローから鉄道・バスを使ってのハワースへの移動はなかなかの長距離でしたが、バス停からすぐのロケーションで、スムーズに到着できました。 もちろん建物は古いですが趣があり、丁寧に手入れされて清潔で、不自由は感じませんでした。階段は狭く急なので、大きな荷物を持っているなら不便かもしれません。 朝食の選択肢も多くて、選ぶのを楽しめましたし、ボリューム十分で美味しかったと思います。 オーナーやスタッフの方々も気持ち良く対応して頂けました。 周辺エリアは…ハワースは小さな所で、どうしても不便だと思います。 ハワース滞在やフットパス散策などが目的なら最適な宿だとおすすめします。」

「Wow what a relaxing and fab place to stay. Big rooms with kettle fan hair dryer etc. Great views and lovely walks near by. Breakfast was delicious and hot, pleasant staff, nothing too much, you can even charge your car! Brilliant 」

「ホテル自体は悪くない。鉄道駅からやや離れているが市の中心部からは頻繁に公共バスが出ていて移動には困らない。問題があったのは私が女性従業員にお願いしたことがきちんと行われていなかったこと。2連泊して2日目の朝「今日夕方私が帰ってくるまでに部屋をきれいにしておいて。」、「今日の夕方までに私の出した洗濯物を洗っておいて。」と頼んだのに両方とも行われていなかった。私は一晩着るもののない状態で過ごした。女性従業員の勘違いが原因だった。この件がなかったらホテルが自前でランドリーサービスをやっていること自体は評価できるので総合評価4であげていた。 」
