The uniquely named Casitas surrounded by greenery, bordering the aqua ocean is so calming and aesthetically inviting. It is a place with a very relaxing, calm, quiet vibe. 「The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food」

「The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was perfect and the air conditioner worked great!! The location of the property is convenient to town and the airport. The food was absolutely amazing!! We ate the continental breakfast daily, which was really good, but we also had several dinners there and everything that we had was exceptional. All of the staff were also super kind and helpful. We will definitely stay at the Victoria House again.」

The event staffing were great along with the tour guides, they helped with so much in the planning and all the supplies needed for our snorkeling trips. The food and drinks were amazing and I would highly recommend the resort to anybody! We stayed in the beginning of June which is normally the rain season but we had amazing weather!」
