「予約日を間違えたのですがキャンセル期間が過ぎてるにもかかわらず快く変更していただけました。duplex四人部屋は二階建てで広く清潔でこの金額ではあり得ない快適さでした。素敵な広い庭にガチョウ？が沢山いて夏だとより素晴らしいのではないかと思います。スタッフも親切です。」

「街の中心地からは離れているが、車で移動であれば特に問題なく、近くに大型スーパーがあるものありがたい。ソファーベッドも使えば2人の子連れでも快適。NOVOTELなのでロビーにちいさなキッズスペースがあるのも良い。部屋に無料WiFiあり。小型冷蔵庫あり。湯沸し器あり。無料のペットボトル水1本付。セーフティーボックスはなかった。」

「We were the only people staying here for the evening and the family made us feel very welcome! The room was clean and tidy with ample space for our family of 4. Clean towels and a bonus heated radiator! The gentleman got up in the morning to make a lovely breakfast for us with lots of choices. If you are passing through Bayuex i highly recommend you stay here! Thank you! 」

「The hotel was lovely, breakfast was good, but the staff are really what put it over the top. My Mom's luggage was not on the plane and they called Air France for her and worked to get it delivered to us. I could not recommend the property more highly. 」

「Not enough superlatives to describe our three day stay. Simone, Violin and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Chateau is situated in the countryside just 2 miles from the beautiful town of Bayeux. Perfect location for nice walks and for touring the D-Day sites. Note: it’s a 15 euro trip to/from Bayeux. Worth it.」

「It was a tad confusing as it’s attached to hotel Luxembourg and they share a reception. But we were greeted warmly and our room was ready and the infant crib was already in there. Perfect after tired all night flight. Location is great! Near the center. Staff was kind. Would recommend! 」

「Personnel très courtois, hôtel très bien situé en bordure du golf 18 Trous avec 1 magnifique vue parcours côté mer, magnifique club house. Beau salon cosy dans l'hôtel et ma chambre était OK. Cela fait 3 fois que je m'arrête dans ce lieu et j'ai hâte d'y retourner. comme ds tous les Mercure. 」

「大きなスーツケースを転がしながら、ノルマンディーを旅しています。駅から歩いて15分ほどの素敵なホテルです。フロントのスタッフも併設のレストランの人も感じ良く最高です。部屋もきれいです。夜はレストランで食事をしましたが、ビュッフで美味しく頂きました。スーツケースを二階に階段で上がるのが大変でしたが、これは仕方ありませんね。」

「Les deux ladies de l'accueil de l'hôtel sont sympathiques et très aimable et d'une gentillesse. Ça fait du bien, on a tendance a en perdre l'habitude. Et comme c'est le premièr contact avec l'hôtel, ça laisse une très bonne première impression. La chambre est propre et bien entretenu, literie très correct, et 2 oreillers par personnes, de quoi retrouver ses habitudes. Et la vue au petit matin sur les mulberry et la plage au soleil levant, c'est vraiment top. 」
