It was close to perfect. Very tranquil and lovely setting. There were a few minor details I would improve which others probably would not care about, so I won’t bother to mention them.

I gave this hotel a five-star rating in every category without hesitation. I can honestly say that this is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. No detail is left unattended, no question by staff or request unanswered, no disappointment in food quality, and obviously, no maintenance deferred in the facility or spacious grounds and rooms. This is a sign of outstanding management and careful selection of staff. I heartily recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to get away from the busyness of life and the chaos in our current fast-paced environment. I especially suggest it for peace and the appreciation of elegance and beauty and everything being as it should be. for me, it was the perfect place for a base for Normandy World War II sight and museum visits.

Beautiful hotel in country park setting just a few minutes drive from Bayeux. Room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Good buffet breakfast (though some items ran out before the end) and enjoyed a very nice dinner in the hotel restaurant. An excellent base for visiting Bayeux and the Normandy beaches.

A hidden gem only 9 minutes from the center of Bayeux! Gorgeous property in a charming village. Rooms and grounds were tastefully decorated in a traditional with a modern twist style. Very elegant. Much better than it appears on their website. I highly recommend if going to DDay tour or exploring Normandy.

Fabulous chateau!!!! The staff was so helpful. They were able to get me a driver for the following day to take us all over...perfect way to get around and see all the WWII museum, beaches, cemetery, etc. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner there also and it was outstanding. I will be coming back and will be sending my friends there to stay. IT's a winner!!!!!!
