「Several members of my extended family came in for Thanksgiving. We stayed in the large cabin (#5) totalling 5 persons: 2 couples and 1 single adult. It was close to town for breakfast and/or lunch. Our family in Galena, was a quick ten minute drive away. We had a lovely stay here. Even though it was November and quite chilly , the cabin was very cozy and clean. Even though the weather was overcast at this time of year, the view from the balconies overlooking the James River were beautiful. ...

「We had a wonderful visit staying in the Mulberry cottage. Very clean unit with a nice view. All the amenities we needed, even a kitchenette. The owners are super nice and accommodating. Having access to two docks on the lake can't be beat!」

「This property was quiet and peaceful. It was a great escape from the monotonous day to day. There were some dead bugs in some of the dishes but otherwise it was clean. There were quite a few lightbulbs we had to replace because they were out when we arrived. 」

「Hidden Falls was absolutely perfect for our group. There were so many oppurtunitites and spaces to relax and make memories all in the beautiful private woods above the gorgeous lake. Thr kitchen was very well stocked as was the entire property. Everyone enjoyed the pool and gym with the variety of activities and disco lights! Sara was a very attentive host that checked in daily, would highly reccomend this property to anyone! 」

「Such a beautiful little home! Very cozy and the wood smelled amazing. The place was very clean and had everything we could possibly need! Lots of blankets, cookware, towels etc. It even had little snacks and waters in the fridge. The owner made sure to be available if we needed anything. 」

「The tent was adorable. The bed was perfect. The bathrooms were clean. We got there after check in and it was a little dark. She turned the bedside lamps on which helped alot. The first night was perfect. We spent Saturday exploring. We got back Saturday night and just sat outside for awhile. Then a storm came. The wind was ridiculous. I was terrified. I thought the tent was going to blow away. Of course we are fine and it didnt leak at all. We would definitely stay again.」
