「Booked it last minute for a trip out to see friends. It worked out very well because he lived on the same road. Very nice place but the one window unit didn’t keep the whole house cool. It needs multiple units because it was hot outside and warm in the house except for the living room」

「This property was quiet and peaceful. It was a great escape from the monotonous day to day. There were some dead bugs in some of the dishes but otherwise it was clean. There were quite a few lightbulbs we had to replace because they were out when we arrived. 」

「Beautiful property, spotlessly kept. The cabin was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The stoves work well and gave us a great cooking alternative on one rainy evening of our stay. Very close to Roaring river and only about a 45 minute drive into Eureka Springs. 」
