「The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that some advertised services were not as expected. The property advertises a 24-hour airport shuttle, but I was told it had to be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Since I booked my flight less than 24 hours before arrival, I had to take a taxi from the airport. This should be clearly stated in the listing. They also advertise a 24-hour front desk, but the front desk closes around midnight. For most questions, I was...

「The staff especially were so helpful. They have a spacious car park and strong internet connection.」

「The place is clean, check in is seamless, and the listing is the same as the property.」

「Nice location. Grocery and pharmacy in next building. Chinese food takeout and lounge next door. May need to clean the details, such as pot and other kitchen utensils. 」

「Check-in took lil longer than im used to but overall was great experience」

「The location of the place was a little far out from the main road, but nonetheless, it was a great place to to have a family gathering and birthday. The only issues were the appliances did not work. Mainly the microwave there was no toaster. The stove top surface was hard to light, could not light the oven to bake anything. In the main bedroom, the AC stop working as well as the water flow in the shower at one point we had to wait for the water to be delivered to the poly tank. The...

「I am never booking this place again How can a hotel be running out of water whilst you are in the shower ? The morning before I left I didn’t not get water to shower」
