「Cute, clean, and quiet. The only problem is how to locate the place. I called 20x and sent 5x WhatsApp messages but I didn't get a single answer or reply to any of the calls or messages days in advance and on the day of arrival. 「I am never booking this place again How can a hotel be running out of water whilst you are in the shower ? The morning before I left I didn’t not get water to shower」

「Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.」

「A clean and spacious place with reasonable fees. I’ll visit again. Keep it up!」

「Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.」
