"This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable."
