"There was no room available even though they continued to post that they had two available. Their solution to a problem of their making was to suggest another hotel many kilometers away at my own expense and additional payment. They still haven't refunded my money that was paid through hotels.com. I take this opportunity to warn prospective travelers to stay far away from this hotel. It's a nightmare."

"I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. "The room was slightly larger than a coffin. The entrance to the shower was about 3 feet wide, I am not a large man but had to squeeze through the opening. When using the sink, water would run out from the base and, since the floor was not level, the water would run out of the bathroom and pool at the side of the bed. There was some slight difficulty with communication regarding the airport shuttle so it’s important to turn your phone on right when you land.
