"The check-in process was good. I appreciated the assistance given me by Wendy to move my luggage from one suite to the next. The room was clean and well equipped. However, even though the listing stated that transportation would be provided (to/from) the airport, when I inquired, there was no response. I was told the television services would be activated - they never were. This suite was the third one in which I stayed, and in comparison to the others, it was ok - primarily because of the lack of communication from the owners. Many messages sent to the owners were just ignored."

"The property s clean with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful even before our arrival. They were very communicative despite time difference. They arranged airport pick up, driver/car rental for the week, and excursion to Elmina and Cape Coast Castles. Our driver for most of the week, PK, was amazing. I was there for study and he arranged for tour guides who had expertise I needed for my study. He also had a wealth of information that was helpful and gave helpful suggestions. He was prompt, professional, and safe driver. He was a large part of making our time in Ghana a welcoming and wonderful experience. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Loxwood Abode. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The space felt secure and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient, with easy access to key areas in Accra. The staff were responsive and helpful whenever needed, which made the experience even smoother. Overall, it’s a great place for both short and extended stays, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers."

"Excellent, really helpful staff - the biggest asset in our view. We had a pool-facing suite. Furniture in our suite was a bit worn out and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom and shower were oversized and, I think, disproportionate to the overall size of the suite - together almost the same square footage as the living/sleeping space. However, overall a good size, and the bed was spacious and very, very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and good wines on the drinks menu. The rooftop pool is a wonderful oasis at the hotel. We didn't get to use the spa, except for a massage and facial appointment which were both great. "
