The apartment was ok, definitely had some wear and tear. I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Only the living room had a television. I expected the bedrooms to have televisions as well. Additionally, the internet was below basic, it kept going in and out, you had to pay extra for faster internet. Additionally, they need new towels, the ones provided clearly have been washed one too many times, no hand towels or washcloths were provided after asking more than once. Overall staff was friendly and tried to accommodate, location was centrally located, just need to do better with providing amenities and supplies within the apartment unit.

This was a really good place to stay. The staff was friendly. The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. I contacted the apartments several times to make sure everything was set up the way it was supposed to be and they helped me every step of the way. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Accra. This was a wonderful place to stay and an amazing trip.

The room was spotless and very pleasant however a lot that they said they offer is not true. Breakfast was not on time and it wasnt what they said t would be. No beef strips that they promised. Thats just a tip of the ice berg. The attitude was very negative. Almost as if id stolen something before i checked in. I just wanted to check in eat and sleep but no we had to account fir every spoon glass and plate in the room. Not sure they know what they're doing cos the client engagement was subpar. Nex rime dint fight the person who pays you you could treat them with more grace

I recently stayed at this property and overall, I was quite impressed. The property was clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus. The staff were also super helpful and friendly. However, there were a few areas where the property fell short. Communication could be improved - I sometimes found it hard to get in touch with the front desk or get clear answers to my questions. Additionally, while the apartments were generally well-equipped, I noticed that some of the amenities were not consistently available in each unit. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel to others. With a bit of work on communication and standardizing amenities, I think it could easily score high marks. For now, I'd give it 8/10. Cleanliness and staff attitude are definite strengths.

Accra Luxury Apartments Cantonment was a real pleasure. The staff driver Chester was awesome, he texted via WhatsApp advising he was waiting for my arrival. A very impressive, safe and professional driver in the hectic traffic of Accra. The apartment location was central and access to the city via Uber was convenient and inexpensive. The market downstairs from the apartment had the necessary supplies for my stay. I was not impressed with the food at the Capitol Restaurant. The pool was clean and well maintained. The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped, though the old Putt Putt golf area should be addressed. The housekeepers were great, friendly, efficient and thorough. Security was always on hand and attentive. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

They did not provide wash cloths or for the ladies- may miss the lack of a shower cap. They are real stingy with the toilet paper rolls that have very little paper per roll. One roll left and I have to call and ask for another because housekeeping does not leave any extra. You could potentially use a whole roll and not yet be clean…you get my point. My iron went bad and I had to reach out multiple times to multiple people to get a new one. The AC worked good, the place was nice and cool. You can’t stream anything to the tv without paying an additional crumb-snatching fee for data to the tv. The kitchen and living room was only part where you could get a reliable signal
