「I guess this is what you get for this price but little things, like a friendly person at the check-in desk, don’t always cost the hotel extra money.
There is a very strange smell in the entrance area and the fitness room is out of service.
Could be worse but it could also be better. 」
「This is a family run place. Although its an older hotel its very clean. This is probably one of the only hotels in the area where my kids walk barefoot and thier feet dont get black from the floor they clean pretty good there. The only issue on the property is parking. They have a restaurant there thats very popular so if you come in at dinner time you cant park anywhere . But thats not a bad thing . when we go to flagler this is a go to for us 」
「Unit 207 was perfect. Nice view of the beach. The room was clean and equipped with essentials for cooking a meal. The area is quiet. Excellent communication with the owner.

「The room in it self was great except there was a bad mildew smell upon entering. There was only one towel in the whole room and there was no remote control for the TV we had to ask for it upon checking out we couldn't find anybody to give our room keys or even to say thank you to」
「I loved my stay here! It is a perfect small condo type unit with a kitchenette. Perfect area to be very close to the boardwalk, but not in the center of all the tourist spots. Shops, and restaurants were maybe 5 min drive away at the most! Only walk across the parking lot distance to the beach! 10 minute walk down the beach to the pier! 」
