All over it was an great stay. Kitchen supplies need to be updated. Skillets were old. The water did not stay hot, we had to take turns waiting for the water to get hot.

Perfect for Thanksgiving Getaway

This property is perfect! All 7 adults had more than enough room. The location is perfect and the views of the beach are majestic! We enjoyed watching the dolphins play from the balcony!

Great Place

As of today ( 6/24/19) This place looked exactly like the pictures shown. It looked magnificent, exactly what you would expect when booking a pent house. Everything is very up to date. Would definitely stay here again.

Best ocean view and location in Destin!

Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean! This is a very spacious penthouse condo with all the amenities of home. Gorgeous pools and surroundings. The most comfortable and accommodating property we’ve ever stayed at. The pictures are 100% accurate. We’ll definitely be booking this again next summer!

Outstanding Stay

We had high expectations when we rented PH10 and we were not disappointed. From opening the front door and seeing the ocean view to the large rooms to the great balcony, this property was great. Beach is a short walk away and was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great time.

We very much enjoyed our stay! We came to Destin for a baseball tournament and were able to enjoy the beach, the surf, and an excursion out to crab island along with our team winning their USSSA World Series Tournament! The condo was clean and spacious and with a beautiful view! We would have liked drinks by the pool side (not permitted) but we still enjoyed each other’s company! Overall a great experience!

We rented this property for a family vacation. It was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The location was perfect, pools and beach were clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. We could not have asked for more. The place was large enough and everyone was not tripping over each other.
