I had a great stay here. It was spacious and tidy. It had everything we needed. We loved the pool. We spent a lot of time in it and it wasn’t very crowded. We had the whole thing to ourselves almost every time we went. We had small children, so I loved that it was only 5 feet. Something to note for anyone planning to walk to the beach .. there was only a very small portion of the beach available to the public which was packed and the rest was blocked off. We ended up driving to fort Walton for a better beach experience, and later found beach access at the crab trap which was closer. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property is close to a state park which has access to the beach. The drive to the park is less than 10 minutes without traffic. Washer and dryer are also provided in property which was convenient for us. There are also shops and restaurants nearby including a Walmart.

Wonderful family stay

We stayed with our kids. Great location near many different activities. Kids loved having their own rooms. Beds were comfortable! Would definitely stay again

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property owner was even able to accommodate us last minute for a longer stay. Close to everything. Kids loved the pool. Lovely patio area to relax on after a long day out. Furniture very comfortable. Lots of extras were also provided such as swimming/beach toys, etc. Can’t wait to stay again!

Clean, Cheap, Convenient

I have stayed at many rental locations in Destin. For the price, this one was fine. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we felt safe. I will say, my drawbacks that I wish I would’ve known were this is a residential neighborhood NOT a resort. So, you definitely miss out on that vibe. We did smell weed being smoked from neighbors pretty consistently. However, like I previously stated it was clean and convenient to the beach. We drove to Henderson Beach State Park every day and paid $5 for the car for beach access. It was easy and cheap and very nice. If you’re just looking for a basic clean bed, this is DEFINITELY your place. If you are wanting a luxury trip to a resort, this isn’t quite that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Florida Trip

We had a great stay at this location. There were only a couple of issues (air vent coming down and smoke detector beeping/battery dying) but was quickly resolved during the stay. The floor was a bit dirty (as evidenced by the clean socks that we wore) and did not seem to be mopped prior to our visit. Otherwise everything else was good and I’d definitely revisit this location in the future!
