Wonderful cottages with everything!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here in a self contained bungalow. Our place had everything you could want and some nice personal touches. There is also a pool and spa onsite. We were very comfortable. We even met the owner briefly. But the highlight was how helpful they were when we arrived very late due to a delayed flight. Thank you Marika! We highly recommend you stay here. It has all you could want and is well located to see the sights of Guadeloupe. YMMV

La proximité avec toutes les plages, les petites épiceries et boulangerie, proximité des restaurants, les jaccuzis , les installations pour enfants et la belle piscine. La villa trois chambre est très confortable et spacieuse

Spacious bungalow

Residence Simona is a well maintained and secure complex. The bungalow -or house- has lots of inside and outside space. Comfortable kitchen and two bathrooms. Location is convenient for beach access. The very pretty La Perle beach is closest, 2 min drive. The complex is located adjacent to the N2 road. We didn´t hear traffic at night but passing trucks can be heard at daytime hours.

Bad and confusing booking site

Bad experience with this reservation. I wanted 1 villa, with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds in total. I ended up with 3 villas, 9 bedrooms and 18 beds and I have to pay much more than I should have. The confusion is that a room means 1 villa for them. For me room is room and villa is villa. Very misleading booking site, needs to be corrected. Secondly the address is incorrect, it should be Bas Vent in Deshaies. The place is located on Hwy N2, left side, 100 yrds from the Fort Royal Resort visible sign. No street numbers, is was an adventure to find the correct address at night ( there is another Simona in Deshaies ). The is a property sign, not very visible at night. Thirdly, my rewards were counted at $5 or $6 at night, I can not explain why. It required a lot of explanation to correct it If you book it correctly the place is nice, well equipped. The wi-fi is OK, not great. Be aware that the 2 bedrooms on the second floor share one bathroom.

malgre sa proximite de la route nationale ,tranquille et securitaire.(mur separe la propriete de la route) . 2 salles de bain avec douches, laveuse, lave vaisselle. grands patios . joli jardin tres propre. bains tourbillons exterieurs. acces a pied plage de l hotel fort royal 10 minutes. super u a 5 minutes en voiture. proprietaires sympathiques.
