デシェーヌ ホテル

「少し空港や街からは離れますが、その分落ち着いており施設も綺麗で快適です。」

「The attached kitchen in the room includes a refrigerator with a freezer, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher, and is also equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, making it very convenient for cooking. There is a large supermarket (T&T) about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, where you can purchase groceries and other supplies.」

「This was our second stay, and once again, we had a wonderful time. Due to severe weather, our arrival was significantly delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until very late at night. Despite the late hour, the staff were very kind and accommodating, which was incredibly reassuring. During our stay, we had a minor issue with the door to our room, but when we contacted the staff, they responded right away. We really appreciated how quickly they took care of it. We’re very grateful to everyone...

「My wife happened to mention to another guest near the reception desk that there was only one decaf pod in here room. When she opened the door to the room in the morning, she found a bag with 4 decaf pods hanging from the door knob. That was very thoughful of the person at the reception desk to send additional pods without being asked - now that's customer service! Everything in the room was clean and in great condition.」
