Book a Deerfield Beach Resort

"Upon arrival,noone at front desk, just a kiosk. The TV wouldn't turn on. Received a welcome text inviting me to respond with any issues. I sent 3 texts re TV not working and no response. I had to walk to lobby to the kiosk and get another room. The room was filthy, screws on front door lock were not installed properly and coming out, smoke detector hanging from wall, lamps were chipped, shower was rusty and watr nozzles weren'tworking, random people knocking on my door at 2 am, police arrived soon after and this happened both nights and the A/C wouldn't cool the room."

"I simply can't say enough good things about the property! Everything about the property was great, but fist in my book is the fact that they actually had a real live (very friendly and helpful) PERSON who greeted us when we checked in!! I absolutely will stay here again and would heartily recommend this property to anyone looking for location across the street from a beautiful beach!! 5 stars!"

"Checking in was a nightmare charge to confirm reservation then charged again so I had a charge held for 3 business days while on vacation. Then the water was turned off for 3 hours. The location was excellent very close to the beach. But overall the property needs to be updated. They charge for parking even in the off season. There wasn't anyone really in the area where they could of just given us a parking tag for the car."

"Weekday front desk manager - excellent! Cannot say enough about how professional, helpful and attentive she was! WIFI was the worst part of our stay, very slow and constantly freezing. Room (1 bed with kitchen) was nice as well as the pool. Parking was tough at times, it is a small place with only about 15 spaces. Overall, would return for our next stay. "
