"Everything was fine. The only complaint I have is I called several days in advance about late check out. The check in clerk specifically told me it’s in the notes that checkout at the latest, would be noon. I said ok. Check out day, I get several taps on my door at 11:05 am, asking when I’m leaving. Then I get a phone call at 11:10 from the front desk, saying “we don’t have late check out. You need to be out in 15 minutes. We stayed for 4 days and had quite a bit of things to rush and pack. We weren’t thrilled about that. All staff needs to be on the same page. If the check in lady said it was in the notes then why didn’t the other staff people see or know that?"
