"We loved the room; it was ocean view and had a nice balcony on the 4th floor. It took me about 4 coffee pods to figure out how to work the coffee maker; I asked the front desk and they said 'it's just like a Keurig' .... which I do not own. Coffee is very important to me! I suggest having a postcard with instructions for use on the in room coffee maker. The toilet was very loose from the floor and sounded like it would take off every time we used it. We took the $15 credit for foregoing housekeeping thinking this would be applied to our parking and/or resort fees but were told 'you have to purchase something within the facility' which was a little disappointing. I checked out the restaurant menu; but I am gluten free and cannot eat pork or chocolate and options were VERY limited and price was VERY expensive. Free breakfast would be very nice! Parking is VERY expensive and we had to park across the street. Please make this more affordable! We would go back because we loved the beach and the oceanview room!"

"I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! We had an oceanfront family room with two queen beds & a kitchenette. PROS: The property is VERY CLEAN! The staff is very helpful & friendly. The parking under the hotel was great to keep our vehicle from baking in the sun. The property is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The pool isn't huge, but it was perfect. There are lounge chairs & umbrellas with regular tables. There is a shower directly off the beach to rinse off & a shower near the hot tub. The pool closes at 10:00 pm, which we loved, so it wasn't loud in the evening. The continental breakfast is limited to fresh fruit (bananas/oranges), bagels, muffins, danish, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, milk, juices, coffee & pancakes. There are plenty of condiments for the bagels - jelly, peanut butter, butter, etc. CONS: The pillows were horrible. It's the ONLY complaint we had. They were SO BAD that it felt like you were sleeping on a pile of rocks. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW! OTHER INFO: There are pool towels provided, but they are just that - small pool towels. If you want a fluffy beach towel, bring your own. As mentioned, bring your own pillow. There is no restaurant or bar at the hotel (which we liked), but our room had a full size refrigerator, so we stocked up on what we needed. Restaurants were close and convenient. If you love a full hot breakfast, DAYTONA DINER is excellent and very close to the hotel. Grocery stores are close. We had a car so it was perfect."

"The parking is terrible. Please be advised that if your travel from afar you can only have one vehicle!! Family can't come visit because there is no where to park! If I would have known before hand, I would have choose a different hotel!! Most of the parking is the beach parking. Which is $20 + tax only until 11! Would not advise staying here, especially if you want to explore Daytona. "
