Clean, comfortable and convenient

We had a one night stay over in David, just to make bus connections before continuing on our trip around Panama. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and cool, once we had the A/C turned on, a refreshing break from the heat of David. The hotel is nicely located near the square and reasonably close to the bus terminal.The attached restaurant was also quite convenient with decent food.

Los dependientes deben conocer del tema

Fue muy buena la estadia en el hotel. El unico percanse fue el desucento a jubilado, cuando se hace reserva por internet, no lo dan. Vamos a poner la queja a Acodeco.

Desepcionado

No tenían mi reservación y me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno. Al entregarles la copia de la confirmación indicaron que si no la reñían en el sistema nada podían hacer. Finalmente indicaron que si aceptaba una habitación que me podían dar me registraban. Que si me iba para otro hotel, cabría la posibilidad de que también Hoteles.com me cobrara como un no show. Que llamara yo a Hoteles.com por si podía arreglar algo. Lo intenté pero no fue posible la comunicación. Por mis peticiones el hotel también lo intentó pero igualmente no lograron comunicarse. No me quedó más que aceptar la habitación que me ofrecieron la cual no era de mi agrado pero no tenía alternativa sin el riesgo de tener que pagarla aunque no la ocupara

Very friendly staff not fancy but very clean rooms well kept and on site restaurant food is not fancy but very good. For people who like face and hand towels bring your own only get bath towels but that is customary in that part of the world... Second stay there good experience!!

Bang for the buck!

Older hotel but very well kept room was very clean but do not expect overly hot water or face towels bring your own .Housekeeping and daytime front desk staff very friendly and attentive to your needs, night crew not so much.Adequate restaurant.Very good for the price more than I expected.
