"This area is not served by Uber very well. Planning a taxi from the station is highly recommended; it’s a 15 minute hike up the mountain from the train station. Otherwise, we went on a Sunday and most businesses near by were closed. Hotel is really nice inside and room was great."

The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips. The hotel room was absolutely spotless! The bed was comfortable as well. "We stayed two nights at this hotel in June. The location is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from the train station and easy to find. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. He spoke to the cell phone and translated to English, so we had no issues understanding each other. They left the breakfast in our room and carefully covered the drinks since we went out early. The price was reasonable. We will come back if we visit the city again."

"There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building. Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat."
