"We had a large family room which was a nice surprise for Japan. The location in terminal 3 was excellent as it has direct access to the departures check in area. Great for our early morning flight. "

"Nice sized triple bed room, very clean and comfortable beds. Only stayed the night as early flight next morning. Conveniently situated at terminal 3, 10 minutes walk to actual terminal where you could use the restaurant facilities if the hotels own food offerings not to your liking. Easy access to other airport terminals from terminal 3 by bus or monorail. Self-service check-in and out at hotel but staff in attendance if you have any difficulties."

"We traveled as a family with kids and the room was spacious with a beautiful view of Tokyo Dome City. Our family’s favorite was all the amazing breakfast food choices from different western eggs & bacon to other Asian cuisine. We ate like royalty every morning! Laundry was confusing as it was located away from rooms, but the staff were all so helpful and friendly. "

"The property is next to the mall, very convenience, lots of restaurants in the mall. The train station is not too far away and there is airport limousine bus station nearby the Ariake Garden mall (to and from Haneda). The cost per night is very reasonable."
