「The staff were, friendly and accommodating, check-in was super smooth, they had bell service and walked us to our room and explained everything thoroughly. Our Tv remote was working when we got there and they kept us updated on the status and it was resolved within the day. Everything was clean in our room upon arrival and they have people who come to clean up.
