"Spectacular stay! Loeki is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. This is more of a B&B experience. Grounds are impeccable and room was clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the double room on the main floor. Room was on the small side, even for a couple, so next time I would stay on the second floor. There’s a bit more privacy on the second floor as well. There’s a communal fridge and kitchen which you are welcome to use. Coffee, homemade artisan teas, and cold water(fruit infused or plain) is available at any time. The house dogs are well behaved and a joy to be around - you need to be comfortable with animals. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Loeki was easily able to accommodate a gluten- free diet. You’re a short 7 min drive from Jam Thiel beach and many others within 15 min. Close to Willemstad but still in nature, right next to the salt pans - beautiful trails you can easily access from the property. I cannot say enough great things about Plantation Jan Thiel! It’s important to note that it’s a country chic place so go with that expectation. We loved it and hope to return again soon!"

"We loved this place! The staff was very nice, professional, friendly and helpful. We had an ocean view room was perfect with a large balcony for morning coffee. Enjoyed the 2 pools, beach areas and the beach bar was lively but not crowded & loud. Breakfast was buffet and/or Ala carte. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious villa during our February vacation. The house had plenty of room for our whole group, and we never felt crowded. The pool was incredible, and the outdoor living space was a real highlight—especially the bar, where we spent many relaxed and memorable evenings together.Indi was an exceptional host. She cooked several delicious breakfasts for us, as well as three truly incredible dinners. She is a creative and amazing chef, and every meal felt special. Beyond the food, Indi was incredibly welcoming and generous with her time, always offering helpful tips to make sure we experienced the best of the island.One of the most memorable moments was when she took time to show our kids how young coconuts are used for coconut water and how older coconuts are turned into coconut milk. We all got to try the coconut water—it was refreshing, fun, and educational, almost like a little nature lesson for the whole family.Shanty was also wonderful. She kept the house sparkling clean throughout our stay and even helped with laundry. She was kind, funny, and a joy to have around.Overall, this villa offered the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special and relaxing vacation."
