「The property was very nice and cozy. There were many nice beaches at a few minutes drive and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi also. The staff were very nice to us and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. 」

Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. 「Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us.」

「新しくてきれいなホテルではありましたが、部屋からプライベートビーチやレストランまで車で行かなければならなかったのが残念です。 オーシャンビューでなくても、せめて歩いて行ける距離だと思っていました。５つのプールがあるとの事で楽しみにしていましたが、各プールが遠く、普通のプールだったのも残念です。ゴルフをする人にはいいのかもしれませんが、海を楽しみたい方は、海の近くの部屋か確認した方がいいです。きれいな部屋でしたが、室内も窓からの景色も殺風景でした。従業員の感じは悪くなかったですが、何かをお願いしてから部屋にくるまでが遅かったのが不満です。全体的に無駄を省きすぎて冷たい印象を受けました。あと、駐車場の電気をもう少し明るくして欲しかったです。次行く機会があれば、海の近くのホテルにします。」

「翌日朝早い飛行機に乗るため、なるべく空港に近いホテルに泊まることにしました。 空港からホテルまで歩いて15分かからないぐらいの距離にあります。 部屋はきれいで寝るだけなら十分だと思います。 しかし、空港に近いので、市街地の方に行くにはタクシーを使う必要がありました。 キュラソー島に長時間いない私にとっては満足できるホテルでした。」

She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. 「The hotel is OK, but nothing really luxury about it. Even though it's new, stains are already visible on the walls and furniture. Housekeeping starts at 9AM - even the day you are woke up by the fire alarm at 3AM and stay a half hour outside because they can't stop it. Close to restaurants and Willemstad. 」

「My stay here was nice. The room was okay but the bathroom always had a foul smell. There are no elevators so if you don,t get the ground floor you will have to carry your luggage up two or three flights of stairs. They waited until the third day of my stay to give me some house keeping regardless of my request. The don't replenish hair conditioner which is important to know because the pool dries out your hair. some of the staff at the food stations had bad attitudes. The shuttle bus needs to...

「色々な棟がありますが、私が宿泊した棟は 水族館側の一番端の2階建てアパートのようなところです。 部屋は広く問題ないのですが、階段しかないので重いスーツケースは 持ち運びが大変です。 又部屋に拠っては、バルコニーが隣の部屋と共有なので プライバシー含め心配です。」
