  • Cosy, rustic single-family house "Les Embruns". 200 m from the centre of Morgat, 2 km from the centre of Crozon, 12 km from the centre of Camaret, 10 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. Public parking on the road. Shop 200 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Morgat" 10 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m. Marina 1.2 km, sailing school 1.2 km.
    "Les Embruns", 3-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the sea, the port and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

emplacement superbe, avec les vagues qui se brisent sur le mur de la terrasse. petit dejeuner face a la mer. maison harmonieuse et bien pensée.venus avec notre chien.petite cuisine oû on trouve tout.pas de jardin endehors de la terrasse. pas de wifi mais nous sommes venus avec une clef 4G.tres bon sejour

Ein Haus in einer Top Lage. In den letzten 15 Jahren waren wir sechsmal dort. Die Lage bleibt sensationell. Die Bucht ist ein Erlebnis. Leider wurden die alten Bäume links und rechts auf den Nachbargrundstücken entfernt und damit der Schatten im Sommer. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist vor Jahren verschwunden. Die Renovierung in den Nullerjahren im Inneren ist zwischenzeitlich auch in die Jahre gekommen, es verändert sich alles zum Nachteil.

Herrliche Lage

Das Haus hat eine unglaublich schöne Lage. Die Terasse ist groß und direkt am Meer. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber uns hat es nicht gestört.

Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen! Auf hohem Niveau etwas jammern würden wir lediglich über den Kamingeruch. Sonst war alles ganz wunderbar! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde

Wir haben die wunderbare Lage des Häuschens und die gute Ausstattung sehr genossen und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der freie Blick auf und der einfache Zugang zu Meer und Strand sind das besondere Highlight. Keine WLAN - Anbindung...zwingt zum Medienfasten mit all den Vor - und Nachteilen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, sie ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist renoviert, die Terrasse ist klasse. Lediglich der Wasserdruck war im Bad etwas schwach. Leider gab es keinen Garten/Rasenfläche zur Nutzung, wie es in der Beschreibung bei Interchalet angekündigt war. Das ist der einzige Punkt, den wir bemängeln. Ansonsten haben wir uns gut erholt und hatten dort eine schöne Zeit.

Das fünfte Mal

Immer wieder kommen wir gerne nach Morgat und das schöne Ferienhaus. Diesmal nicht vom Bodensee, sondern aus dem hohen Norden. Die Strecke lohnt sich und man kann super abschalten. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Crozon, Le Fret oder Camaret. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon in Planung.
