"First I was afraid because of the coments I´ve read about the street noise. But there is none at night. The hotel is really close to a small road. But it doesn´t bother at all. Nice and quiet place to stay and explore Tuscany. I loved the hotel, the breakfast, the restaurant near and the restaurant at the city. The hotel is close to a small city. From there, I went to Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza. 30 minutes by car for the first place."

"Absolutely amazing! Such a well stocked, modern kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. Lovely home with spectacular view and within easy driving distance of quaint but lively cities. Wish I didn’t have to leave! Our host helped us with everything from driving directions to booking cooking classes. I highly recommend this home and dream of returning myself. "

When not our touring the charming small Tuscany towns, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the back porch and pool area. We kept the windows open and enjoyed the sweet breezes blowing through. "This is a perfect villa in a perfect location. The interior is excellently equipped and is very comfortable and spacious, and the multiple external relaxing/dining areas are ideal for enjoying the incredible views in every direction, whilst the large pool is perfect for cooling off from the summer sun. The whole villa was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Luigi provided very helpful information about the villa and surrounding area in advance of our arrival, and was regularly keeping in touch during our stay to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction.
