The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Parking was in front of the hotel, off the main street. The village had a few shops and a large town nearby. The hotel has a river at the bottom of the grounds which was lovely to sit near.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior, looks like the place could do with a little maintenance/upgrades. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable with a sparkling new bathroom. このホテルの建物はかはり古く、歴史的な意味があるのだと思いますが、メインテナンスが適切になされているとは言えないと思います。床にはデコボコがかなりあり、バスルームの床はビニールコーティングされていましたが、大きなヒビか1箇所以上ありました。バスタブも全体的に水垢がある状態でしたし、バスタブの蛇口からバスタブの底にかけて水漏れの跡なのか、何なのかわかりませんが、青いシミ？カビ？が枯れた滝の跡のようにバスタブにこびりついていました。窓の外も建物のバックヤードのようなひどい景色でしたので、外が明るくてもカーテンを閉めていました。フロント担当の若い男性が親切で、チェックインとチェックアウト時に重い荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださったのが救いでした。 ...

Great house for us as a group of families with teenagers. Lots of space and amazing location. Contrary to other reviews, the house was warm and there is also a big wood burner in the main living room. We all loved our stay, thank you.
