There is one step up onto the deck to enter the property. There is a master bedroom on the main level, but two steps up to the other bedrooms.
We allow parking for three vehicles. Space is limited for parking.

There are 3 parking spaces availble. You can park 2-3 cars or 2 trucks with boat trailers

We DO NOT provide any water toys, floats, kayaks etc

We do NOT have internet service, we do have satellite TV
AT&T has good service, Verizon is spotty

We have a Ninja drip coffee maker that takes cone filters, and a French press. There is also a bean grinder so you can grind your own fresh beans to use the drip or French press. We provide Nespresso pods and coffee beans. There is also an electric kettle and a milk frother if you want to make espresso drinks.

Water levels start dropping in September. You can look up Smith Lake water levels to see what the levels are for your stay.

Step outside to our cozy fire pit area, adorned with plenty of Adirondack chairs and a swing, all beneath the twinkling lights strung above. It's the perfect spot to gather with loved ones, share stories, and create unforgettable memories under the starlit sky.

For those looking for entertainment, our stocked kitchen offers everything you need to whip up delicious meals, while a collection of cards, board games, and outdoor favorites like spike ball ensure endless fun for all ages.

With easy entry access to the water, you'll find yourself dipping into the refreshing depths of the lake in no time. Although not year-round, the water under the dock reaches about 15 feet during peak season, perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply basking in the sun. Additionally, a convenient boat dock is available for your use, allowing you to explore the pristine waters at your leisure. Please note that there's no boat launch on the property, but Trident Marina and Smith Lake State Park offers a nearby option for launching your vessel.
