「Unfortunately, our experience with City Pop got off to a very poor start. The check-in process was a nightmare. I called the contact number twice and, after speaking to someone and then being disconnected, I never received a call back. 「We enjoyed the atmosphere full of cool sculptures. The beautiful map helped us enjoy the oldtown walking. Thank you!」

「Whenever I visit Geneva from Japan, I will definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I have stayed here twice so far.
