A quaint, clean, and nicely appointed European hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and fun. Breakfast hit the spot with fresh omelettes if you like and delicious coffees. About a 5 minute walk to train station but be sure to follow hotels advice not Google Maps!

I highly recommend the hotel! It was a good value for the area and still felt high-end. The room was large and clean and had nice toiletries. The staff were also excellent and very friendly, particularly Kate. She gave us directions, helped us plan a trip to CERN, let us leave our bags before/after check-in/out, and even gave us some water as we were leaving.

Its in a historic building and it shows. Very nicely renovated and decorated. The place has character. Great location, close to the Jet d'Eau and other attractions. Only nit I have is that they have no coffee machines in the room; the front desk made coffee for us before an early checkout, which was very nice of them.

good hotel in a great location for the lake, tours and station. room was large clean and comfortable however have yo mark down due to the noise from the major construction site opposite. They should have warned in advance or at least put us at the rear as hotel did not appear to be full. work started between 6 and 7 so sleep effected
