"Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby. Other staff are always trying to be helpful. Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder. "

You are given a free public transit pass if you wish to see more of the city. Finally, if you like to walk, you can go downtown on your own - it is 3-4 kilometers depending on you route."
