"The hotel is great, clean and convenient, well equipped, just a short walk from the airport. No complaints there, we always love to stay here.
The service at the front desk on the other hand, not so good the day we arrived. The poor guy was alone and there were lots of people waiting, it took forever. Impossible to ask a question, he was obviously overwhelmed.
The restaurant was also a big disappointment. We stayed there several times over the years and always remembered a good meal and service there. This year they changed the way it works. No more waiters to order, you need to do everything online with a QR code. We waited ages just to get drinks, they have the very minimum people to bring dishes to you. Not the kind of service you expect from a hotel of that level."
