Geweldig uitzicht op de Mont Blanc, locatie is super. Ook fijn voor de kinderen dat ze hun eigen ‘kamer’ hadden (eentje op de mezzanine). Wat ik qua inventaris miste was wat meer kastruimte, een wasmachine en een vriesvak.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique et efficace. La chambre supérieure nord est très grande avec une grande salle de bain et wc séparé et un petit balcon. Des bouteilles d'eau sont offertes et machine à café et bouilloire mais capsules supplémentaires payantes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien. Et une place de parc est disponible. Le mieux est l'espace spa avec piscine extérieure et intérieure avec transats, hammam et sauna et salle de fitness le top. Les massages étaient complets on n'a pas pu tester.

車を降りた道路からホテルまで登り坂で、荷物の搬入が大変。ホテル側がボーターを用意してくれるとの約束が守られない。 ホテル側が駅までの専用車を用意してくれるとの約束の時間が守られない。 低層階の部屋からマッターホルンは見えない。 ホテルの受付がなく連絡するのが不自由。 ドイツ語や英語が話せない人は連絡が難しい。 It is difficult to bring in luggage from the road where you got off the car to the hotel on an uphill slope.
