"Hotel was in a great location, amenities in the room slightly dated and no free water in the fridges. Staff gave conflicting messages regarding departure and taxi advice. As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised. Hotel room was also rather hollow, could hear lots of noise from adjacent room/corridors. "

"Staff were great, no issues there. Parking available close to hotel as long as not full. used the bar each day for coffee. Easy access to bus stop for short ride to Seville. Only complaint is the walls are thin so hear next doors alarm clock each morning and noisy door closing. Do not get a room next to the road at the front as will hear all the cars go by."

To think that we walked the same paths as Christoper Columbus and crew was humbling and gave us a sense of Sevilla’s role in bridging the new world with the old. The hotel is centrally located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood close to all of the must see destinations. 5 out of 5 stars!"
