Hotel itself is excellent. Room is very nice and spacious with 2 twin beds, large bathroom with separate shower and toilet area, plus a separate bath tub. Location is 12 euros uber from train station and 20 minutes walking to attractions. If you don’t mind the location, this a excellent option.

The room is very spacious, the bathroom is excellent, everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that it is far from the city center, but I expected that since I made the reservation, so it did not come as a surprise.

This is a five start hotel that doesn’t act or represent their 5 starts. We arrived with multiple luggage and no help was provided. We try to go to the top floor and it was closed for an event even though we were in a junior suite. Location on the other hand is just perfect and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The view from the 37th floor is unmatched. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice, it is within walking distance from Triana, which is a very authentic neighborhood, and has a great view of the Riverwalk from the bridge.

Mesmerizing Terrace and Excellent Service

It was somewhat disappointing that the facilities were not included in the price and had to be purchased separately. However, everything else was excellent — the terrace and the view were truly mesmerizing, and both the room and the service were outstanding.
