「 Clean room, good service 」

「This property is immaculate and quite new. The room is spacious, with room for 4 to sleep as long as you don't mind bedsharing. The room has a small full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a sitting area, dining area, sleeping area and ample closet space. The balcony has room to sit and the wall is completely made of windows with a sweet view of the city and mountains. The TV was simple to use, and the washing machine got all our clothes (nasty from the jungle) smelling great. Onsite parking...

「The staff at the property were lovely and accommodating. Those who greeted me and showed me to my cabin actually assisted me with my overly heavy bag so I would not ruin the wheels on stones. My spot was small, cool, and what I needed to get away. I was traveling solo and access to small pools, a cute little balcony and pool table/entertainment area were nice added options. I recommend if calling an uber you stand at the end of the entrance rather than at reception as pick up will be...

「No towel service, people could not enter the pool because hand rails to low, tv service was terrible, asked cleaning lady for towels she never brought them, nobody ever came around to see if everything is okay, so we left after two nights and had to book a hotel elsewhere, is it possible to get a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay」

「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」
