Beach front condo, great baloncy to view sunrise & sunset!

Studio with 2 Queen beds / 2nd floor / no pets / Parking passes for 2 vehicles/ minimum age 25 to reserve

We have wonderful views of the ocean and our unit is recently remodeled, without the rate increase! Our efficiency is equipped with 2 queen beds, full kitchen and again, fantastic views of the ocean on a private balcony. Island Retreat has 2 onsite pools and BBQ pits. Wake up to the sounds of the waves or take a relaxing walk down our board walks that lead to the beach, marking your own personal foot prints on the sand. Enjoy the outdoor grilling by our cabanas located around the pool areas and surrounding grounds. April also has Sandfest weekend where beautiful sculptures that are created by professionals are shown and the guests come to celebrate the weekend. We welcome your stay, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

*Some condo owners are doing some remodeling. You may hear and see some construction workers during the day.*

Wonderful views of the gulf!

Enjoyed the view of the beach and gulf from the balcony.Close to boardwalk over the dunes so walking out to beach was very convenient. Unit clean and well equipped.

Beautiful and Very Relaxing!

It was definitely a vacation to remember, as this is a wonderful place to stay! The sunrise and ocean were breathtaking waking up to each morning. Being able to walk from the condo to the beach was the cherry on top!

This was the perfect spot for our annual Girls’ Weekend. The condo was on the beach and we really enjoyed being able to easily come back for lunch. The space was clean and just the right size for us for a long weekend getaway.

Weekend getaway!

We wanted a place close to the beach and this fit perfectly. The boardwalk was close-by which leads right to the sands. The place itself was very cozy with s good view. We really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful accommodations !

Our stay at Island Retreat could not have been better ! We were able to book a room with a beautiful view of the shoreline, and we fully enjoyed seeing the sea from our patio and the windows. The room was so clean and comfortable, with every amenity we could have asked for. We will come back to the Island Retreat !

Great views and place!

The place was perfect for two! Beach is a quick walk! Pickle ball and tennis courts are right across the street along with 1 of 2 neighborhood pools. Super safe and cozy place.

The perfect place to relax

Loved the ocean views and sitting on the balcony. Also loved that we could walk over the dunes straight onto the beach!! The space is compact but very comfortable. And finishes are all very well done. We are looking at our calendar to plan the next trip to book this property.

Golden Girls Trip

We booked the condo on this review, however, due to an issue, the owners moved us to a different condo that was actually larger. We all loved the new condo and the amazing view from the very large balcony! A special thank you to the owners for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Fishing trip

Property was clean and well kept. A perfect size for two friends who don’t share a bed! Very easy access to the beach. Management should put 2 or 3 kitchen towels and a couple of pot holders in the kitchen and sheets that fit the full size bed (they seem to have queen size sheets on the full size beds)

Great place for a family with young kids.

This is the fourth year in a row we have stayed at island retreat, different rooms though. The place is great and the location is perfect. You can see the water from the second floor and can easily walk to the water. Close proximity to plenty of restraunts. I never have played but they do have a pool and tennis courts on the property. Property manager at this condo is great, we had to make changes to our plans twice and they were quick to accomidate. Overall great place for a small family.
