"This hotel was in a convenient location close to the free people Mover train which connected us too many places. It has been recently updated. And nicely renovated. It still had a bit of a musty smell that wasn’t much of a concern since the room and lobby looked newly done. Free breakfast was very limited and was only for take away no tables or seats. Just a granola bar or yogurt."

"Trip was going well until there was an issue with one of the toilets. We were there for work so we didn't get back to the room until late and came back to the room reeking of sewage. We realized it was coming from one of the toilets (that hadn't been used) but after four-five calls over several hours, no help could be given. The staff leaves at 5, period. I had to call again the next morning as there was no follow through from the previous night. Toilet was cleaned but my request for a partial refund has been met with silence. Still nothing "

"The host tired his best to provide the basic amenities and I really appreciate that. However, there were serious concerns like mold, there was an awful smell so bad I had to burn candles during the entire stay. Me and my guests had to ask for basic amenities like bathing towels, paper towles, and cleaning supplies like Clorox spray. The floors were uneven creating soft spots and dips so bad we thought we might fall through the floor. None of the windows opened and the AC in the bathroom didn’t work. This was the first and last time I will be using Vrbo. "
