"Really enjoyed the friendly staff. The robes and personalized welcome card were great touches. The location is excellent walking to many good spots especially to see any of the sport events."

"The hotel stay was excellent. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, showing great attention to cleanliness. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience."

"I think most of the stay was great. We ordered breakfast in our room, and it was brought to us very quickly! The casino was easy to use in terms of the slot machines, and the staff in the bar area was very hospitable. My only complaint, would be that when I got there at 5:00pm to check in, my room was still not ready. I had reserved 3 rooms in total, and both of the other rooms were ready, but mine was not. I had reserved a spa room, which had an aromatherapy shower. They told me that it would be another 20-30 minute wait to get that room - or - I could just go into a standard room without that. I think 4:00 is a late check in time, but I got there at 5:00 and it still wasn't ready? I ended up taking the standard room so I would not have to wait additional time, but the standard room did look to be smaller than what I would have gotten with the spa room. And the standard room was on a completely different floor than the rest of my group , which caused issues, because the elevator only allows access to your floor, that meant that I could not visit anyone on floors above me, where the rest of my party was. I was not given any kind of compensation for taking a room with less amenities, either."
