It has an American style kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for the stay, and a rustic living room. There are two bathrooms, one inside and one outside. It also has two showers, inside and outside.

In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool and an outdoor barbecue. The garden is very spacious and has nice exterior views. The area is very quiet and well connected by car. It has easy parking.

The house is less than five minutes drive from the beaches and coves of Roche, and seven minutes drive from the lively town of Conil.

Conil is a town known for its good atmosphere, climate and gastronomy, which will undoubtedly make your stay a good memory. The gastronomic offer is extensive, between tapas bars, beach bars and restaurants, and its nightlife with cocktail bars and terraces complete a good leisure offer.
