I loved this hotel for what we needed this weekend. We were there for a volleyball tournament. It was clean, quiet, they have a little store with snacks etc. the front desk staff were beyond kind and accommodating. The Plaza Hotel Columbus at Capital Square
We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.

Sonesta Columbus Downtown
The room was very nice, however it was only set up for 1 person for amenities. 1 wash cloth, 1 coffee pod. Check in was easy. Valet parking was great but we should have called for our car much earlier because we waited about 30 minutes before they brought it up. The restaurant in the lobby was fantastic. ...
