"Friendly staff and ideal location."

"Room was nice and clean, but the bed was too soft, therefore not comfortable or good for my back. Breakfast was ok. Ive had better breakfasts at other hotels."

"We have stayed here many times (maybe 10?) and it’s always been pretty good. However, we were recently there for the Luke Combs concert and it was absolutely horrible. Why? We stayed at the room at the end nearest the train tracks and the train must’ve gone by eight times. For the love of God it was horrendous. Constantly woken up and I’m a VERY heavy sleeper. This on top of the constant thumping foot falls in the room above us. Were they running a marathon?! There cannot be any insulation or sound deadening between floors. I’m still exhausted just thinking of it!"

"Had a lot of little electrical issues. Front desk was not very friendly when I had called regarding the matters. Maintenance person was very kind though. I’ve stayed at many Alofts and never had any issues and staff were friendly. Definitely was not a fan of this one though. "

"The food (breakfast buffet and restaurant) was great. The staff was lovely. We booked 10 minutes before we arrived, after leaving another unsuitable hotel. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. 12/10 would recommend. "
