「Space was nice 」

「This was unfortunately, kind of a bummer of a stay. Layout was okay with the two bedrooms and futon in the living room. The main bathroom was decent, but had some easily resolved issues. The beds were VERY firm, but clean. So, the issues:Upon entering the home, there was an off smell that reminded me of a house that used to have a heavy cigarette user. The back closet smelled of other types of smoked products. The kitchen table and bench looked okay until you sat on them. The bench was wobbly...

「Property location was ideal to visit Forest Park and the St. Louis Art Museum and Grounds.Property hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again to visit The Zoo and other museums and Worlds Fair properties in Forest Park.」

「For the price it was a good place to stay. I had messaged the host right when we got there that the toilet seat was broken. They didn’t respond so the next morning I saw there was a number to text. I I told them that the toilet seat was broken and that the Wi-Fi had stopped working. They responded quickly and said they would get it fixed. I told them we would be gone pretty much all day so anyone could go in. We got back early evening. Neither situation was fixed. They text to see how things...

「It was good. Was really only theee to sleep did the job and I am appreciative for it 」

「The kitchen was well stocked, great bathroom towels and pillows. Close to a park for dog walks. 」

「Bed was hard (husband ok with it) and one pillow was in shambles. Bathtub was peeling and took a long time to heat up. Pretty sure the fire alarm and carbon monoxide detectors didn’t have batteries in them. We weren’t given any instructions for leaving property which might be a positive? It was quiet at night. Garage was a nice perk. WiFi was not consistent throughout apartment but it served its purpose as we weren’t there much. Neighbors were friendly. 」

「The apartment was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed being near Tower Grove Park and being so close to Hartford Coffee Company. Parking in front was never an issue. 」

「The hot water—particularly in the shower—was inadequate during the first few days but was resolved in the latter half of my stay. Very nice and fully stocked apartment, however! Location is fantastic with coffee shop right next door. 」
