The room we stayed in wasn’t up to par. The bed was uncomfortable and had a huge dent in the middle. Our toilet wouldn’t flush during our stay, but we fixed it with a plunger. I don’t know if I would book with this hotel again.

Hyatt Place Memphis Primacy Park
Staff was courteous. But the bathroom did not appear to have been fully cleaned before I checked in. Also, the USB charging ports on the desk did not work, making it difficult to charge my devices.
