There was only 1 working elevator for the rather large hotel. We were on the 9th floor so it was quite a pain. The keycard system on your phone is a great idea, but ours was very tricky to unlock the door. It took 5-6-7 times to get it scan correctly.

Breakfast was loaded up early and honestly ending at 9am was already early in my opinion, then loading up all the food by 8:30 was slightly ridiculous because then i had to rush or get my juice off the cart. Best Western Plus Galleria Inn & Suites
The room was fine. I even like the 1 king one twin option they offer. The bed was terrible. It was the second worst I have ever stayed on. Would not recommend if you need sleep.
