「Beach view is great no complaints Air conditioning was horrible room didn't get cool at all had to sleep with balcony door open (April) Staff was extremely rude after requesting towels multiple times and having to go get them myself house keeping showed up while I was in the shower banging on the door like they were the police mind you the beach was on lock down with a mandatory curfew due to the high crime going on in Virginia Beach I had to jump out of the shower with only a hand towel...

「The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful oceanfront view. The suite is really spacious and the separate bedrooms were perfect. Both had more than adequate storage, lighting tvs, and outlets/chargers. The balcony was private and very large that came with two chairs and a table. Breakfast was surprisingly good. It would have been nice if the serving time was longer (7:30-9:30) and the coffee machine allowed for bigger servings. The food was replenished promptly and the breakfast staff...
