「We stayed a week in mid March. The room we initially stayed in was on level 4 but right at the end of the building, next to the Cahility. The music from next door started early at around 8am and went until 9:30pm. It was loud enough to hear it through the closed windows. On day 2 we asked to be moved, which the staff were happy to help. They were great, no arguments or additional charges. So overall it was a great stay.」

「First thing they missed was my VIP Expedia perk of 2 free drinks. As stated on receipt! Never even offered. I text Expedia and they contacted hotel about this and no reply. Second. The room sucked. Couldn’t shower. So had to use the bathtub and that took 20 minutes to fill partway as water valve must be no good. As sink worked fine. Not even a sorry. 」
