「Our room was nice and clean, comfortable beds and decent bathroom. The kitchenette didn't have any dishes or supplies of any kind which made our takeout food hard to manage. Very affordable and picturesque, but bring your own supplies.」

「What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.」

「It was a mixed experience. When we arrived it was clearly understaffed as one lady at the desk was managing all of us, including a youth hockey team and a fairly rude customer. However, despite that, she handled it like a champ! I was very impressed with her service. We also ended up being checked into a room that had not been cleaned (housekeeping neglect, which I gathered may be a common occurrence). 「The Hilltop Inn was perfect for our needs. It was very quiet, despite it being right off the highway. The rooms and bathrom were clean. The beds were a bit on the old side, with one of the beds sagging in the middle. But the kids didn't mind it. Since we were there in April, we didn't use the outdoor pool nor hot tub. But the pool looks great in pictures!」
